An incredibly simple and tasty way to give yourself a daily immune boost and keep those winter bugs at bay.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp Ground Turmeric
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 1 slice of ginger (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp raw honey (optional)

Juice your lemon into your mug, add turmeric and a thin slice of ginger if you like. Poor boiling water into your mug and stir in 1/2 tsp of raw honey – if you think you’re not sweet enough already!
