Collagen is a source of easy to digest protein which helps to nourish the gut. Chia seeds provide soluble fibre to improve motility. An interesting fact about chia seeds is that gram for gram their calcium content is higher than most dairy sources.

Ingredients

Makes 1 Serving

  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 250ml coconut water
  • 1/4 matcha green tea powder
  • 2 handfuls of mixed berries
  • 1 tbsp collagen powder (optional)
  • 30g vanilla vegan protein powder

Add all the above ingredients to your blender, nuke and serve immediately.
