Hello, I’m Alison
I'm pleased to say after years of intensive training, I am a fully registered and qualified Nutritional Therapist. I am also a certified metabolic balance® coach. I'm a member of the British association of applied nutrition and lifestyle medicine (BANT) as well as the complementary and natural health care council (CNHC).
At the moment I'm working my way through the Institute of Functional Medicine to be a certified IFM practitioner. The learning never stops which is good for you. The more I know the more I can help you with your condition.

When people ask what nutritional therapy is, it's easier to explain what it’s not first. As it isn't a diet, unless we find you’re intolerant to something, we choose foods for their healing factors and nutritious value. There's no calorie counting or faddy eating on my watch!
We go back to nature and eat the way we're all meant to eat. Food is wholesome, seasonal and vitamin-packed for goodness, and recipes are reassuringly simple. Working with me will leave you feeling empowered and confident. In fact, our goal is to get to the point where you don't need me anymore. With nutritional therapy, once we've worked out what you need to eat, nature takes care of the rest. Just you wait and see.
