Tuna Salad
Tuna Salad by Alison Wells Nutrition

This is one of my go to lunches when I have no time and no real motivation to create anything new, yes that does happen to me! ⁠

It’s quick, takes less than 5 mins to put together, its easy to eat, it’s portable just in case you find yourself travelling or on a boat! It’s super filling and for a bonus point it’s nutrient-dense, which at the end of the day is what I am all about! ⁠

You can pretty much throw whatever you like into it but these are my staples:⁠

  • 1 Tin of Tuna⁠
  • 80g tender steam broccoli ⁠
  • 80g vine-ripened baby tomatoes⁠
  • 1/2 an avocado⁠
  • 1 Spring Onion
  • 1/4 red onion finely sliced⁠
  • and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. ⁠⁠

Throw everything together in a bowel and chomp at will!
