For the moments when breakfast-on-the-go is the only option, I turn to my all time rescue recipe which can be done, dusted and devoured in less than 15 minutes maximum.

Ingredients:

  • 200g Thick greek yogurt
  • 2 heaped tea spoons of Acai powder
    2 heaped tea spoons of beetroot powder (get you anti oxidants in!)
  • Coconut shavings
  • Frozen raspberries and blueberries
  • Good pinch of cacao nibsĀ 

Method:

Mix the powder and cacao nibs into the yogurt throw the rest on the top, job done!
