For the moments when breakfast-on-the-go is the only option, I turn to my all time rescue recipe which can be done, dusted and devoured in less than 15 minutes maximum.
Busy mamas out there, you’ll like this one for sure!
- 200g Thick greek yogurt
- 2 heaped tea spoons of Acai powder
2 heaped tea spoons of beetroot powder (get you anti oxidants in!)
- Coconut shavings
- Frozen raspberries and blueberries
- Good pinch of cacao nibs
Mix the powder and cacao nibs into the yogurt throw the rest on the top, job done!
