This super easy arthritis approved breakfast will take you less than 7 minutes to put together and not only help your arthritis but boost your immunity levels too!
- 1/2 CUP GLUTEN FREE PORRIDGE OATS
- 1/2 CUP COCONUT MILK
- 1 TSP ARCTIC BERRIES BLUEBERRY POWDER
- 1 TSP CINNAMON
- 6 FRESH BLUEBERRIES
- 1 TSP CHIA SEEDS
- 1 TSP COCONUT SHAVINGS
- 1 TSP MAYPLE SYRUP – IF YOU MUST
Add all the ingredients into a small pan and soak overnight.
In the morning, heat until the oats soften adding extra water to achieve desired consistency. Add blueberries right at the end and enjoy it.
