Overnight Oats

Overnight Oats with Blueberries

This super easy arthritis approved breakfast will take you less than 7 minutes to put together and not only help your arthritis but boost your immunity levels too! 

Ingredients 

  • 1/2 CUP GLUTEN FREE PORRIDGE OATS
  • 1/2 CUP COCONUT MILK
  • 1 TSP ARCTIC BERRIES BLUEBERRY POWDER
  • 1 TSP CINNAMON
  • 6 FRESH BLUEBERRIES
  • 1 TSP CHIA SEEDS
  • 1 TSP COCONUT SHAVINGS
  • 1 TSP MAYPLE SYRUP – IF YOU MUST

Method

Add all the ingredients into a small pan and soak overnight.

In the morning, heat until the oats soften adding extra water to achieve desired consistency. Add blueberries right at the end and enjoy it.
