Slippery elm is a traditional herb for easing inflammation in the stomach and intestines.
Ingredients
Makes 1 serving
- 1/2 banana
- 250ml coconut water
- 1/4 tsp probiotic powder
- 1 tbsp L-glutamine powder
- 1 tsp slippery elm powder
- 1 large handful of kale
- 1/2 ripe pear de-cored and chopped
- 1 kiwi fruit, peeled and chopped
- 30g vanilla vegan protein powder
Put all ingredients into a blender, nuke and serve immediately.
