This is a super simple grab and go style breakfast, though if you have cheese in your lunchtime foods you can use this for lunch too, you will have to adjust your values so that they fit with your specific values.
- 1 Slice of German Style Rye Bread
- 80g Avocado smashed
- 45g Mozzarella sliced
- Sprinkling of coriander
- Black paper to taste
- Using a fork smash the avocado onto the rye bread, layer the mozzarella slices over the top of the avocado remembering to save a slice to have as your first protein mouthful.
- Sprinkle the fresh coriander and black pepper over the top.
- Serve, remember to eat slowly and chew properly!
